Domus Academy, a school with a history of running interesting design competitions have launched their latest. The competition is open to any designer, student or professional, and offers the chance to win scholarships for the schools Master in Car Design course.The brief for the competition is pretty open which should leave a lot of room for creativity.

Starting from an innovative concept, participants must describe and represent their idea of the most suitable car for the city of the near future. Participants are invited to describe their idea for a new city car, and to represent it through drawings, collages, sketches and renderings.

The closing date for the competition is May 4th 2012, which should leave plenty of time to put a great entry together. If you are reading this in time, we also suggest you take advantage of the free webinar that will take place on March 29th 2:30 pm. During the webinar, Mr Philippe Casens, Director of the Master in Car and Transportation Design will give a wide and clear description of the competition together with tips and suggestions on how to present your project.
